  1. Return Policy:

    Our Commitment: We strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we're happy to help you with a return or exchange. Customer may return purchased product within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or +923214004008 within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Upon receiving the returned item in acceptable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Or, if applicable, We will issue a store credit or exchange. Minimum 7 business days are required for us to process your return and issue a refund. A full refund will be issued for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).

  2. Exchange Policy:

    Customer may exchange purchased product within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or +923214004008 within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Upon receiving the returned item in acceptable condition, we will dispatch the new product, price difference will be adjusted excluding shipping cost.

  3. Shipping Costs For Return & Exchange Products:

    Customer will cover all the return & exchange shipping costs.

  4. Return & Exchange Eligibility:

    Return & exchange are eligible within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Certain items, such as customized products & sale products, are not eligible for return & exchange. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or +923214004008 along video of unboxing.

  5. Shipping Policy:

    It takes us 7-10 business days to deliver your order to your doorsteps. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as any gazetted holidays, will be processed the next business day. Orders may be delayed temporarily during peak hours or due to delays in information verification. Orders placed through our online payment system are subject to a fraud check, and will be processed further once our payment processor has cleared them. For all cash on delivery methods, payments will be collected from the shipping address. You will receive an email with tracking information once your product has been sent; please check your junk/spam folders as well.

  7. Order Cancellation:

    For cash on delivery orders, we verify orders with a maximum of two confirmation calls. If your order is left unattended, it will be cancelled. Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are completed at the request of the customer. Sk Designs reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including out of stock items, wrong mobile numbers, or technical faults.
